Gale C. McNeill, RHIA, CCS, is the Supervisor of Coding Education and Quality at Cleveland Clinic Health Systems East Hospitals. She was the AHIMA Lead Coding Specialist for the CMS ICD-10 Implementation Assessment Project Team.
Kathleen E. Wall, MS, RHIA, is currently participating in development and maintenance of software for an automated clinical documentation improvement system for 3M. 3M HIS Consulting Services.
